Assemblies with different materials in a complicated combination pose a challenge in production and assembly line. This is the case with this vacuum cleaner nozzle.

Schrichten produced not only a top surface with shine, colour matching and texture utilising Polyurethan. We further optimised the assembly for mass production. The positioning of all parts is laser controlled and the sealing grease gets applied in the right dose - up to the nanometer.

A production run of over 2 Mio units p.a. is proof of the right solution for such a large scale production run.
